We strive to ensure that you and your little ones are happy with every purchase. However, if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
A photo or video proof of the damage or defect is required at the time of initiating the return.

To start the return process:

Please mention your order number, attach relevant photos/videos, and share the reason for return.

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

We will arrange a pickup from your address, or guide you with the steps for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
