Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A photo or video proof of the damage or defect is required at the time of initiating the return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

Please mention your order number, attach relevant photos/videos, and share the reason for return.

Return Approval

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your address, or guide you with the steps for return shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used or not in their original condition

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
